Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra parchment hanging over the sides for easier removal later.
  2. Arrange a single layer of graham crackers evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish, breaking pieces if needed to fit.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  4. Fold in 1/2 cup whipped topping to make the chocolate layer lighter and creamier.
  5. Spread the chocolate pudding mixture evenly over the graham cracker layer.
  6. In another large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  7. Add the marshmallow creme and mix until fully combined and fluffy.
  8. Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture becomes smooth and airy.
  9. Spread the marshmallow mixture evenly over the chocolate layer.
