Ingredients
  

  • 2 everything bagels sliced and toasted
  • 8 ounces smoked salmon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 small cucumber thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed greens or lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon capers optional
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Toast the bagel halves until golden brown.
  2. Spread cream cheese evenly over each bagel half.
  3. Arrange the smoked salmon on a serving platter or plate.
  4. Add the sliced cucumber and mixed greens alongside the salmon.
  5. Sprinkle the salmon with parsley and dill.
