Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
In a small bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes without moving the fillets.
Brush the tops generously with the honey BBQ glaze.
Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes, brushing with additional glaze until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
