Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes if using wooden skewers.
Place the steak cubes in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss until the steak is evenly coated.
Thread the seasoned steak cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
While the steak cooks, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes if using.
Remove the skewers from the grill and immediately brush them generously with the garlic butter sauce.
Serve hot with any remaining garlic butter drizzled over the top.
