Ingredients
  

  • For the Steak Skewers
  • 2 pounds sirloin steak cut into 1½-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Wooden or metal skewers
  • For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes if using wooden skewers.
  2. Place the steak cubes in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss until the steak is evenly coated.
  3. Thread the seasoned steak cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
  6. While the steak cooks, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  7. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  8. Stir in the parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes if using.
  9. Remove the skewers from the grill and immediately brush them generously with the garlic butter sauce.
  10. Serve hot with any remaining garlic butter drizzled over the top.

Notes

  • Choose a well-marbled steak for the most tender results.
  • Avoid overcooking the steak, as smaller pieces cook very quickly.
  • Let the steak sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before grilling.
  • Brush the garlic butter on immediately after grilling so it absorbs into the meat.
