Lightly grease the slow cooker.
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or HIGH for 2 to 3 hours, until the chicken is tender.
Remove the chicken and cut or shred it into bite-sized pieces.
Whisk together the cornstarch and water until smooth, then stir it into the sauce in the slow cooker.
Return the chicken to the slow cooker and stir well.
Cook the noodles separately according to the package directions until just al dente. Drain well.
Add the cooked noodles to the slow cooker and toss until evenly coated in the honey garlic sauce.
Cover and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes on LOW.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
