Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels.
Mix the paprika, thyme, onion powder, salt, and black pepper together.
Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the pork.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned.
Place the pork tenderloins into the slow cooker.
In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and chicken broth.
Pour the sauce over the pork.
Cover and cook on Low for 2½ to 3½ hours, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Transfer the pork to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
If you prefer a thicker glaze, whisk together the cornstarch and cold water, stir it into the slow cooker, and cook on High for 10 to 15 minutes until thickened.
Spoon the glaze over the sliced pork before serving.
