Lightly grease the slow cooker with cooking spray.
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and butter until mostly smooth.
Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or HIGH for 2½ to 3 hours.
Remove the chicken and cut or shred it into bite-sized pieces.
Return the chicken to the slow cooker and stir until coated in the creamy sauce.
Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes on LOW.
Serve the creamy chicken over freshly cooked angel hair pasta.
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
