Step 1: Season the Chicken
Season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Mix well so every piece is coated with flavor.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 3: Sauté Garlic and Butter
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 4: Build the Creamy Sauce
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
Step 5: Add Tuscan Ingredients
Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the spinach wilts and everything blends together.
Step 6: Combine Chicken and Sauce
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well so it’s fully coated in the creamy sauce. Let it simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 7: Finish and Serve
Add red pepper flakes if desired, taste and adjust seasoning, then serve warm.
