Carefully flip the salmon and cook until the fish is nearly cooked through.
Reduce the heat to medium and add butter and garlic to the skillet.
Stir in honey and lemon juice, allowing the sauce to melt and combine.
Spoon the honey butter sauce over the salmon repeatedly as it cooks for another minute or two.
Remove from heat and garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.
