Ingredients
  

  • 10 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the drumsticks in a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Add the paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
  7. Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer on a baking sheet or baking dish.
  8. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
  9. Continue baking until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown.
  10. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
