Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease if needed.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate hazelnut spread and eggs until smooth and fully blended.
Add the flour and stir until a thick brownie batter forms.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
Slice into squares and serve.
